Sahaaya Setuve aims to onboard Volunteers to help distribute essential supplies (medical, food & sanitation) for the needy in containment zones and to coordinate critical support via BBMP officers for citizens. The App shall be used by
• Volunteers – from medical and other support services for essential requests from BBMP/Public Citizens
• Citizens – to view the list of outlets for basic amenities, submit grievances and requests specific to Covid-19 needs
• BBMP Officers – to execute civic activities
